    Magician Pet Weapons, Armor, and Buffs

    Starting at level 1, Magicians have the potential to summon weapons and armor for their pets. Magicians also have the ability to damage shield their pets for additional damage towards enemies and monsters.

    Pets will use almost all droppable items given to them, with few restrictions. Pets also do not follow recommended levels, but they do follow effect levels for weapon procs and such.

    Lower level pets that do not dual wield will equip two-handed weapons; pets that dual wield will not equip two-handed weapons but will equip two one-handed weapons. Any weapon given to a pet with a higher damage than the pet's innate melee will boost the pet's attack power to that level. Also, weapons that are Magical in nature will imbue lower level pets with the ability to hit Magical creatures (and on a side note, all Magician summoned weapons are Magical). Pets are unaffected by the weapon type of weapons, be it hand-to-hand, slashing, blunt, or piercing.

    Pets are affected by required levels for spells. Higher level spells that are cast on the pet will only affect the pet if it is also castable on the master.

    Spear of Warding - Level 20 - Summoned Spear of Warding: PRI, 1HP 6/27, SC FIRE +5, SV COLD +5
    Sword of Runes - Level 29 - Summoned Sword of Runes: PRI SEC, 5 AC, 1HS 7/27, Combat Effect: Ward Summoned (41 dd to summoned)
    Dagger of Symbols - Level 39 - Summoned Dagger of Symbols: PRI SEC, 5/20 1HP, SV DISEASE: +5 SV MAGIC: +5 SV POISON: +5

    Summon Blade of Walnan - Level 61 - Summoned Blade of Walnan: PRI SEC 1HS 10/20, 3 magic damage, +50 HP, Effect Wrath of Wind (140 DD at level 60; effect level 40)
    Summon Fist of Ixiblat - Level 62 - Summoned Hand of Ixiblat: PRI SEC H2H 10/20, 3 fire damage, +50 HP, Effect Wrath of Fire (140 DD at level 60; effect level 10)
    Summon Blade of the Kedge - Level 63 - Summoned Blade of the Kedge: PRI SEC 1hS 10/20, 3 cold damage, +50 HP, Effect Wrath of Ice (140 DD at level 60; effect level 40)

    Pet-Usable Summoned Armor

    Summon Elemental Defender - Level 12 - Summoned Elemental Defender: SEC/BACK, AC: 10 SV FIRE: +5 SV COLD: +5 SV MAGIC: +5
    *Note: If your pet can dual wield, it is recommended you do not give your pet an Elemental Defender until you give it two weapons first. Otherwise it will use the shield in its secondary slot, and lose the ability to dual wield.
